Web Design

The design of a website refers to the look, the flow, and the proposed technologies used to create the site. Typically we will present the client with a static home page and secondary page layout for initial approval before hard coding the site. This initial presentation will have the navigational elements worked out, the graphic style and colors the pages will use, and a style guide for headline and paragraph fonts. Our designers will also propose appropriate technologies such as shopping cart or content management solutions, whether Flash is a good idea, etc. The technologies and amount of dynamic functionality a site will employ will dictate the type of web server environment necessary to power the new site.
